All Ken Mills Toyota service centres offer customers the convenience of a Service Loan Vehicle. Customers are required to sign an insurance form and pay a $15 fee. Loan vehicles are in high demand so if you're likely to need one please give a minimum of 8 days notice when making your booking.

The standard plan is given free to all new, used and eligable service customer with the option to upgrade to the Platinum plan. The standard MPP is an affordable fixed price plan that gives an additional 3YR/up to 180000km protection after the standard warranty period and ensures your vehicle is maintained by Toyota trained technicians to the highest standard. To keep your MPP valid customers must service with Ken Mills Toyota throughout the warranty period.
