Am I paying more for having my vehicle serviced on site by Ken Mills Toyota? | top
No, Ken Mills Toyota is extending National Fleet Servicing rates to all youi Employees how have the car serviced by our Service Van, onsite. These rates are those enjoyed by large Fleet Companies like Lease Plan, Motorcharge and Toyota Finance Fleet. Normally we charge a travelling fee when we service with the Service Van, but that has been waived. | proceed to booking
My vehicle is not a Toyota. Will my manufacturers warranty be void? | top
No, if your vehicle is under manufacturers warranty we will service it accordance with the manufacturers recommendations, using only genuine parts. It is illegal for a vehicle manufacturer to deny a compliant warranty claim on the basis that a vehicle has not been serviced by one of their dealers. Manufacturers can deny warranty claims if the vehicle has not been serviced according to their guidelines, or due to faults caused by non-genuine parts. We will always service according to the manufacturers guidelines, unless we are asked otherwise by the client. | proceed to booking
When I purchased my vehicle the dealer provided a free warranty extension, will servicing with Ken Mills Toyota void this warranty | top
Dealer provided free warranties do allow the dealer to specify that the vehicle needs to be returned to them to be serviced for that warranty contract to remain in place. If you wish to service with Ken Mills Toyota and your vehicle is under manufacturers warranty and has a dealer extended warranty that will void by servicing with us, we will provide you with our own extended warranty free of charge, please ask your YOUI service advisor when you speak with them. | proceed to booking
What happens if I have problems with the vehicle after the service? | top

Is the Servicing Van Environmentally compliant? | top
Yes, any fluids taken from your vehicle are return to our environmentally licensed dealership premises and are disposed of in accordance with current EPA requirements. You will see a large blue mat placed under vehicles when a service is being conducted, this is specifically designed to catch and hold fluids in the event of a spillage. | proceed to booking
What servicing and repairs can be carried out by the KMT Mobile Service Van? | top
We are able to conduct most routine services with our Service Van. Should we find any repairs necessary with your vehicle we will take it back to one of our dealerships and then return it back to you as soon as possible. We will never take you car of site, or carry out any additional repairs without obtaining your authorisation first. | proceed to booking
