Pre-Delivery

REGISTRATION: It is a Queensland transport requirement that all customers complete and sign a Letter of Authority (LOA) either for their new vehicle registeration or used vehicle transfer prior to taking delivery.  If you didn't complete this form whilst at the dealership please download a copy and return it to our registration department at either Nambour or Kingaroy via email, mail or fax. 

PAYMENT: You can pay for your vehicle either by direct deposit or bank cheque.  Please note we do not accept personal cheques.  If paying by direct deposit the funds must be in our back account the day prior to your arranged delivery.

TRADE PAPERS: Please bring your trade in vehicles registration paper on the day of delivery.  If the trade in vehicle is in a different name to what is on the contract  the owner of the trade is required to complete a Trade Authority Form that gives  permission to the buyer to trade their vehicle.
