REGISTRATION: It is a Queensland transport requirement that all customers complete and sign a Letter of Authority (LOA) either for their new vehicle registration or used vehicle transfer prior to taking delivery. If you didn't complete this form whilst at the dealership please download a copy and return it to our registration department at either Nambour or Kingaroy via email, mail or fax.
PAYMENT: You can pay for your vehicle either by direct deposit or bank cheque. Please note we do not accept personal cheques. If paying by direct deposit the funds must be in our back account the day prior to your arranged delivery. Please use your name and or stock number as the reference. Other payments please use your invoice and/or customer number.

TRADE PAPERS: Please bring your trade in vehicles registration paper on the day of delivery. If the trade in vehicle is in a different name to what is on the contract the owner of the trade is required to complete a Trade Authority Form that gives permission to the buyer to trade their vehicle.
Your Satisfaction Survey | top
At Ken Mills Toyota we strive make sure you have the best possible purchase and delivery experience. Approximately two weeks after delivery Toyota Australia will send you a survey assessing your satisfaction. We appreciate your feedback and by completing the survey you go into a draw to win prizes that include fuel cards and shopping sprees. Plus if you complete your survey online you triple your chances. To do this simply enter the pin number from your survey into the online survey website.

If you plan to have frequent transactions with Parts & Service departments it may be more convenient to set up an account. Please complete the account application form for the dealership you want to have the account with and return it to the Accounts Department at either Nambour or Kingaroy.
